What is Route Year in Review?

Route Year in Review is a way for us to celebrate you! You will see a recap of your 2021 Route experience, including stats on packages tracked, top brands, shopping habits, causes, geographical data and other 2021 highlights.  

How does Route protect my data?

Protecting your data is our number one priority. We employ multiple layers of security to protect and secure customer data. 

Note: Route's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.” 

I still haven't received one of my items. What should I do?

If your package is Route protected, please visit our Resolve Issue section here.

If your package is not Route protected, please contact the merchant you purchased from for updated tracking information.

How does Route know this information?

Route is able to recap this information based on your order history and tracking information. We employ multiple layers of security to protect and secure customer data. 

How do I connect an email for automatic tracking?
Never miss a delivery! To have your order imported automatically, you must allow read-only access to an email account that you shop with. This will allow Route to read order information without compromising your privacy. Click here for step-by-step instructions on connecting your email to Route.
