To get the best experience with Route and fully leverage features like the Thank you page asset, we recommend making the following changes to your Shopify store:
- Log into Shopify
- Go to your store settings by clicking on the Settings option in the bottom left of your screen
- Click on the Checkout settings button
- Go to the Customer contact section and locate the To receive shipping updates section
- Uncheck Customer can choose to add a phone number or email to receive shipping updates after they complete their order and Customers can download the Shop App from their order status page
- Save changes by clicking the Save button in the top right corner of the screen
