Updating the Merchant Profile in the Route Portal allows you to fill out your in-app merchant profile. This includes a link to your website to help encourage repeat purchases in the Route mobile app
Follow the steps below to update your merchant profile:
- Login to the Route Portal.
- In the navigation on the left side, select Engage.
- Under Merchant Profile, click Edit.
- On the panel on the right, ensure that Store Name, Website, Bio, Cover Image, and Logo are filled out, and use the mobile app preview on the left to see what your customer sees. When you're satisfied with how it looks, click Save.
Note: The Cover Image is limited to a 5mb file.
