Why is my visual tracking not updating?

Route’s tracking is pulled directly from the shipping carrier’s tracking status. There are a few reasons the tracking may not be updating:
 
  • The carrier missed a scan, but the package is still in transit
  • The carrier lost items in transit
  • A natural disaster caused shipping delays
Tip: Carriers will display on their page if they’re experiencing delays due to natural disasters. We recommend checking their website.
