How do I check the status of a claim for my customer?

To check the status of any claim that your customer has filed with Route, please follow to these steps:

Please note: If a claim has not yet been filed, please follow the steps listed in this article.

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.

2. Click on the Claims tab.

3. Search for the Customer’s Name/Order # to confirm the status of the claim.
