How do I file a claim for my customer?

Filing claims for customers is easy through the Route Admin Dashboard. We'll lay out each step in this process below:

1. Log Into the Admin Dashboard via The Shopify App Page, then clicking on Route, or directly at dashboard.routeapp.io

2. Once in the Dashboard, Click on 'Orders':

3. In Orders, Search for the Customer then Click on their Store Order ID Number:

4. Here the Customer's Order Information is Stored. Click on 'File Claim' to Open the Route Claim Form:

5. Copy the Information Provided in the Dashboard and Paste them in the Corresponding Field

*If filing a claim for an item that is damaged, please include photos of the damaged item

**If filing a claim for a stolen item valued in excess of $100USD, please attach a Police Report Reference Number
