Can I change the delivery address for my order through Route?


Route is working on delivering a Visual Tracking service that will allow customers to track their orders. This tracking information is not created by Route - our service will use already provided tracking information. This app is expected to release in Q3 of 2019.

Because Route does not ship items, or provide shipping, delivery information at this moment cannot be changed through Route. 

If you need to change your item's delivery address, please contact the store from which your order was placed.
