How do I connect my account to Stripe?

Route uses Stripe to store payment information in a secure, off-site server. Shopify and other major platforms also use Stripe to store payment information.

After you input your bank account direct deposit information into the Route dashboard via Stripe, you will receive two micro-deposits from Route via Stripe in the account which was earlier input into the system. These payments can take 2-3 business days to appear.

Once these payments are in your account, confirm the two separate dollar amounts of the micro-transactions in your Route Dashboard billing section, which can be found under admin > billing.

If these micro-transactions do not appear in your account after 3 business from the date of inputting your direct deposit information, please email support@route.com
