Why is Route Package Protection missing from my store?

If You Recently Installed Route Package Protection onto Your Store

Thanks for partnering with Route! You're almost across the finish line–our developers just have to add a little more code to your store for the Route asset to appear on your cart page. This is done on a per-site basis. It can sometimes take up to three business days for our developers to do this implementation.

However, if the Route asset is not showing in your store, email us at merchantsupport@route.com and we'll be in touch within one business day.

Note: Make sure you enabled Route Package Protection in your settings. Read how to enable Route Package Protection.

If Route Package Protection Has Previously Been Active on Your Store

If New Theme was Recently Installed

If your Shopify theme was recently changed it is likely that the code for the Route asset is not implemented in your new theme. This is a quick fix! Please email merchantsupport@route.com with your store name and the name of your current theme that needs Route implementation. We will respond to your request within one business day.

If Shopify Theme Hasn't Changed

Accidents happen and sometimes code gets altered-no biggie! Our developers can look into your store and diagnose the situation. Please email the support account listed above and we'll respond within one business day.
