When will my tracking info be available?

Once your order is placed, it takes time for the merchant to physically fulfill your order and ship your package.

When the merchant ships your order, a tracking ID is generated, scanned, and attached to your package. You should receive a confirmation email from the merchant with your tracking information once it has been shipped.

If too much time has passed and you have not received confirmation that your order has shipped, please file a claim by clicking here, and we'll provide an update within 24 hours.
