Broken
If your item is damaged in transit it is covered by Route. A broken product is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc. For example, see the below photos:
Cosmetic Damage
If your item is shipped with cosmetic damage, it is the responsibility of the store from which the item is purchased from. Cosmetic damage includes but is not limited to: any noticeable damage to the item that does not affect its function. This may include dents, scratches, nicks, or chips.
