Why is my tracking not updating?

Unfulfilled/Unshipped

If your tracking has not updated, it’s possible that your order has not yet shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact the merchant for fulfillment updates. 

Shipment Delay/Lost in Transit

It’s also possible there has been a delay on your shipment or the item is lost in transit.

Route-protected Not Route-protected
If you know that your order had Route Package Protection, you are covered if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please review our policies to see if you are covered. If you already know that you are covered, you can click here to report your issue and Route will resolve your claim in the form of a refund or reorder as quickly as we can.
