Why is my order not appearing in the app?

If you have Route Package Protection, please check that the email address connected to your Route account is the same email address that was used to place your order. If they are the same, please report this issue here.

If you did not have Route Package Protection, the Route app does require read-only access to a Gmail account in order to utilize automatic tracking. If you are a non-Gmail user or do not wish to grant Route read-only access, you can manually add an order to track.
