How to Export Order Data

If you would like to export your order data from the merchant portal for analysis in other tools, follow these steps:

1. Log into the merchant portal
2. Click "Orders" in the left hand side.
3. Click "Download CSV"
4. Select a date range for your data export, or select "All" to download all of your order data.
5. Once you've selected a date range, click "Apply".
6. Click "Download" to start the download process. You'll see a confirmation modal that lets you know that your data request is being processed. Note: for large data files, it can take up to 6 hours to process a request.
7. You'll receive an email from no-reply@route.com with a link to download your data.
